Thank you for considering me to be your celebrant at your loved one’s funeral,
-unfortunately under these sad circumstances.

Saying goodbye to a loved one is an incredibly personal and difficult event.
It is important that you are able to commemorate their life in a way that feels right, in a way that honours the life they led.
​
To encompass what they achieved, what they were like, and what they meant to people, rather than focusing on their death, would be my privilege.
​
It would be an absolute honour to prepare a funeral, memorial, or ashes scattering service with you to pay our respects and tribute to your loved one.
​
I will listen carefully and respectfully when meeting with families or friends to discuss funeral and memorial services. I will collaborate and suggest ideas to be incorporated into the ceremony to honour the person being remembered.

If you choose me as your Celebrant, I will meet with you and/or the funeral director, to sit down and discuss all of your ceremony needs:

Ceremony details (including date, place and time of the funeral, if known).

fee structure and payment requirements ( for example the deposit requirements and when the balance is due).

From our initial conversation, or liaising with your funeral director, I will pre-fill in a questionnaire that I will bring with me to help you complete.
This will allow me to assist you greatly to find out more about your funeral wishes.

Funeral service $700AUD

What's included:
-
meet you to arrange the service at your preferred location in Melbourne.
-
provide you with a copy of my funerals, memorials, and ashes scattering information kit.

help prepare the ceremony of your loved one (including resources for rituals poems, and readings.)

be available for telephone and email consultation during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and via SMS (text) or email on weekends and out of office hours.

write and finalise the ceremony to your requirements.

conduct the ceremony at the venue.

provide a PA (public address) system and microphone if required.
-
travel on the day within 50km of Melbourne city’s GPO (general post office) -anything outside this will incur a fee of $1.00AUD per kilometre.

Please note, I will:
require a non-refundable deposit of $200AUD to secure a booking payable within 7 days of booking to secure any ceremony date and time. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by me, the Celebrant.
