Refund policy
I will:

Impose the balance of the booking cost to be payable no later than 30 days prior to the client’s ceremony/event.

Cancel the booking if the balance is not received 30 days before the ceremony/event date.

Invoke requests for changes of the event date subject to my availability and receipt of a new booking invoice. This will incur a $100 admin fee to move the wedding and amend documents.

Agree to cancellations made prior to 60 days before the ceremony/event date. The client will receive a full refund of all monies paid within 14 business days, minus the $200AUD non-refundable booking fee/deposit.

Cease the booking if cancellations are made within 30 days of the ceremony/event date, and the client will forfeit any monies paid, and will not receive any refund.

Provide invoices and receipts no later than within 14 days of payments made.
