What's included:

1. meet you both to arrange the wedding ceremony details at your preferred location in Melbourne.

2. complete ‘Notice of Intended Marriage’ form.

3. provide you with a copy of my wedding ceremony information kit.

4. prepare your choice of ceremony (including resources for rituals, personal vows, poems and readings.)

5. be available for telephone and email consultation during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and via SMS (text) or email on weekends and out of office hours .

6. write and finalise the wedding ceremony to your requirements for over 40 guests.

7. assist with your personal vows if you need help.

8. prepare the Marriage Certificates and all legal paperwork.

9. provide a rehearsal at the wedding venue if required.

10. officiate and solemnise the Marriage at the wedding venue. 

11. provide a PA (public address) system and microphone if required.

12. register the marriage with Birth, Deaths and Marriages, within 14 days of the ceremony.

13. I take care of applying for your Official Marriage Certificate through BDM Victoria — at no extra cost to you. I cover the $66 fee so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You’ll receive your Official Certificate by post from BDM Victoria, usually within a few weeks of your marriage being registered. Just one less task on your post-wedding to-do list!

Info: A micro wedding is a shorter and more standard ceremony and script. You can exchange vows in your favourite place, or where you met. It doesn’t necessarily include personal vows, rituals or readings, (although it can) and is a shorter ceremony to get you both to the reception faster!

A simple and sincere ceremony for couples who just want to say “I do.”

• Short registry-style ceremony

• Legal wording only or minimal personalisation

• All paperwork handled

What's included:

2. legals-only is a house call service at your preferred location to legally marry you without a ceremony but with all the legal bits, legal vows, plus ring exchange and personal vows if you choose to.

3. be available for telephone and email consultation during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and via SMS (text) or email on weekends and out of office hours.

4. prepare the Marriage Certificates and all legal paperwork.

5. officiate and solemnise the Marriage at client’s home or selected location in Melbourne. 

6. allow you to include up to 10 guests (including your two witnesses which is a legal requirement).

7. register the marriage with Birth, Deaths and Marriages, within 14 days of the ceremony.

8. I take care of applying for your Official Marriage Certificate through BDM Victoria — at no extra cost to you. I cover the $66 fee so you don’t have to worry about a thing. You’ll receive your Official Certificate by post from BDM Victoria, usually within a few weeks of your marriage being registered. Just one less task on your post-wedding to-do list!

9. travel on the day within 15km of South Yarra, Victoria.

Info: A legal-only wedding is a short and intimate service with minimum legal wording, usually with just 2 legal witnesses.

The beauty of a legal-only wedding is that it can be done anywhere, like your favourite place, or even at home. You don’t even need to leave the couch if you don’t want to! The choice is yours.

Booking Fee Information
To secure your ceremony date -including the lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), a non-refundable booking fee of 35% of the total ceremony cost, is required.

This fee is payable within 7 days of receiving my invoice and will secure your chosen ceremony date and time.

Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

This booking fee is not an additional cost — it will be deducted from your total ceremony or package price.

If payment is not received within 7 days, your preferred date may be released and offered to other clients.

What's included:

1. all the wedding ceremony features but without the legal requirements of a wedding.

1. meet you both to arrange vow renewal and commitment ceremony details at your preferred location in Melbourne.

2. provide you with a copy of my Vow renewal and commitment ceremony information kit.

3. help prepare your choice of ceremony (including resources for rituals, personal vows, and readings.)

4. be available for telephone and email consultation during office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and via SMS (text) or email on weekends and out of office hours.

5. write and finalise the vow renewal or commitment ceremony to your requirements.

6. officiate at the venue. 

7. provide a PA (public address) system and microphone if required.

8. travel on the day within 20km of South Yarra, Victoria.

 

Info: A commitment or vow renewal ceremony can be a standard wedding service format with a personalised script and personal vows, or you can just have a brief ceremony and get straight to the after party!

There are no legal requirements or paperwork to fill in for either of these ceremonies*, so it can be a lot more relaxed and fun in front of your family and friends.

*A commitment ceremony means you are not legally married, and a vow renewal is a chance to reinforce your love for each other, as you are already married!
