What does it do?

It allows the details of a wedding to be entered remotely by the wedding couple to generate the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) with one month’s notice, on any device with internet access. Once completed by the couple, I will receive an email notification and the wedding will show up at the top ceremonies page in the pending acceptance status when logged into The Celebrant Suite.

 

When would the couple use it?

If you would prefer to enter your details into the system prior to meeting with me, the Celebrant.

This reduces the time taken at that meeting and usually results in being able to complete all details in one visit.

It also saves an enormous amount of time as I can print the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and witness you signing it in front of me.

If you are in a remote area/interstate, this allows you to prepare the NOIM and have it signed in the presence of a witness and return it to me for lodgement.

Also, if you prefer to use a non-Windows device to enter your data, such as a Mac, a tablet, or a smart phone, this allows you to use any device that has access to the Internet.

 

How does it work?

The couple logs into the entry area, enters the required details and clicks on the complete button.

This triggers a notification email to be sent to the celebrant’s email address and the wedding will show up at the top ceremonies page in the pending acceptance status when logged into The Celebrant Suite.

The celebrant needs to review and save the wedding in a pending status, placing the wedding with other existing ceremonies.

 

How to use it?

The couple enter their own data.

I can email the login details, alternatively these are shown above.

You will be taken to a page to enter wedding details, and then click on the Complete button.

This will trigger a notification email sent to me, the celebrant’s email address and the wedding will show up at the top ceremonies page in the pending acceptance status.

I will review and save the wedding in a pending status, placing the wedding with other existing ceremonies.
